The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, fixing up in a few places and new home furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no issues about the home. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole whole lot.

The views and beach was Unquestionably beautiful. The walk to your beach is what I loved the most. The house itself will not be in good shape. It's aged and very outdated. The home furnishings was not comfortable in the least and not good with small kids a result of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need to be thrown out and new ones brought in. You could potentially feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice.
Great location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting out to eat dinner at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every working day! The place was the perfect getaway and we appreciated coming back into a clean and roomy place after days to the beach!

From the outside, the house looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks with the neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price vary. The inside photos were being accurate and everything worked fine.
